About the Role
Our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team drives strategic decision-making through:

We seek an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial initiatives and communicate insights across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Develop executive dashboards highlighting performance metrics
- Analyze global financial trends and growth opportunities
- Prepare regulatory-compliant reports
Forecasting & Modeling
- Maintain P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models
- Conduct budget vs. actuals analysis
- Design financial analysis templates

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- 7+ years FP&A experience (Big 4, Consulting, or IB preferred)
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Expertise in Excel and executive presentations
- Hybrid work in San Jose/Los Angeles
Preferred Skills
- SQL, Tableau, or Power BI proficiency
- FP&A software experience (Vena, Jedox)
- Oracle NetSuite knowledge
- Crypto/fintech industry background
