Dear OKX Users,

To foster a healthy digital asset environment in the blockchain industry and optimize trading pair liquidity, OKX's risk control department has conducted comprehensive market monitoring and progress tracking of all listed trading pairs. Based on user feedback and complaints, trading pairs that violate delisting rules or pose high risks will be delisted.

Key Actions

  1. Delisting Schedule: Orders for affected pairs must be canceled before the specified times. Pending orders will be automatically canceled by the system.
  2. Deposit Suspension: HEGIC and MDA deposits were paused on September 12, 2023 (16:00 UTC+8).
  3. Withdrawal Deadline: HEGIC and MDA withdrawals will cease on November 25, 2023 (16:00 UTC+8). Users are advised to process assets by November 19, 2023, to avoid losses.

Post-delisting, assets can be reviewed under Assets > Funding Account > Non-Tradable Assets.
