About the Opportunity
Join us as an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Specialist, where you’ll redefine FinTech efficiency by optimizing processes, enhancing customer experiences, and scaling our operational impact. This role demands strategic thinking, agility, and a passion for continuous improvement in crypto and blockchain ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders for solutions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between OpEx, operations teams, and external partners to align goals and execution.
- Process Re-engineering: Lead initiatives to redesign policies and workflows, ensuring operational agility and compliance.
- Crisis Management: Proactively resolve bottlenecks and coordinate cross-functional responses during critical incidents.
- SOP Governance: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect evolving business needs.
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end process improvement projects, from planning to implementation.
- Training & Readiness: Develop training programs and communication strategies to support operational changes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in operational excellence, business analysis, or process optimization, preferably in FinTech/Crypto.
Skills:
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and consensus-building.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile credentials are a plus.
